By booking with Dream Duo you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings are secured with a non-refundable deposit. Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

Your deposit is non-refundable but it is transferable - unless your booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice before the event, then your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The remaining balance is due at your booking.

Upon hiring our props it is your responsibility to ensure that they are not damaged, lost or stolen. If any of these instances do occur then you will be invoiced for their replacement.

Aftercare

Dream Duo takes pride in producing top quality set ups & providing long lasting balloons. While we use the highest quality balloons and take every precaution necessary to ensure they last throughout your event, once the balloons leave our door or we have left the venue, we are no longer liable for them.

Please take a moment to read over our aftercare tips to maximise your balloons lifespan and to avoid any hazards.

Handling: If you are collecting your balloon arrangement please do not force into the vehicle. Although we only use premium brands please be vigilant to avoid punctures.

Balloons can be punctured easily. Please keep them away from textured walls, sharp objects, etc.

Temperature: The temperature is a huge factor in the lifespan of your balloons. Please keep your balloons out of direct sunlight as helium expands in the heat this could cause your balloons to pop. On the other hand, too cold of a temperature can cause balloons to shrink.

The ideal environment for balloons is indoors at room temperature.

Child and Pet Precautions: Balloons can present a choking hazard and should never be left with children or pets without supervision. Store balloons away from children and pets to ensure that they cannot become tangled with balloon ribbons or accidentally ingest balloons or their decorative contents such as confetti, feathers, or other materials. If a balloon pops or when you are finished with the balloon arrangement please pop and clear away any of the remains and decorative contents (if applicable) immediately.

Environment: At the end of a balloon's life dispose of it in the bin. NEVER release balloons into the environment. ALL released balloons become litter. Remember - Don't Let Go & Pin It and Bin It!

We do not support or encourage the release of balloons into the air or outdoor environment.

Allergies: Keep balloons away from anyone suffering from a latex allergy. Most balloons are made of natural rubber latex and may cause allergies. Please look out for symptoms in case of allergies and seek immediate help if symptoms arise.
